A BILL to repeal section seven, article fifteen, chapter twenty- two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to special provisions for residential waste disposal.
ARTICLE 15. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT.
§1. Repeal of section relating to special provision for residential solid waste disposal.

Section seven, article fifteen, chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.


 Note: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the monthly free dump day at all commercial and public solid waste facilities.
